Starting point: the need to clarify the direction

Trimedia is a digital agency founded in 2005 that is known for its high-quality web services and customer satisfaction. Its services include, among other things, website design and development, search engine optimization, and social media marketing.

Like many growing companies, Trimedia needed to clarify its direction and find new perspectives on business development. They were looking for a partner who wouldn’t offer ready-made answers, but would listen and tailor the work to their needs.

The Voitto Group team stood out for its openness and personal approach. They didn't push ready-made solutions on us; instead, they listened to us and tailored their services to our needs.

Approach: Involve all staff, not just management

The strategy process was structured so that it wasn’t limited to management alone. The entire staff participated: everyone had the opportunity to share their own views on the company’s direction and areas for development.

This is a conscious choice. When people are actively involved in shaping the direction, they also commit to it. The strategy should be a collaborative effort, not something dictated from above.

The work was carried out with a light yet efficient approach. The goal was to quickly distill the essentials without a cumbersome process.

One of the biggest benefits of this collaboration was that the entire staff was involved in the process. This wasn’t just a management project; everyone had the opportunity to participate and make a difference. This fostered commitment and helped implement the changes more smoothly.

The result: a shared vision and a clear direction

Together, we clarified Trimedia’s strategic goals and created a shared vision for the future. The direction we took became one that the entire team could identify with.

Arto Saksola sums up the outcome as follows: “The project helped us clarify the direction in which we want to develop the company and how we can get the entire staff on board with this effort.”

Trimedia also appreciated how streamlined the process was. Although the approach was light, it yielded valuable information and insights. In Saksola’s words, Voitto “managed to distill the essentials and quickly gain a clear overview of the situation.”

Nature of the collaboration: valuable and smooth

Their expertise and ability to engage the entire staff in the development process were extremely valuable to us. Our entire team was able to participate and have their voices heard.

Arto Saksola, Trimedia

Every project we undertake involves a founder who is accountable for the results. We don’t leave the client to deal with the plan on their own; instead, we make sure that the vision is turned into action.

Our collaboration with Trimedia has continued since then through new rounds of strategic planning.

Results

The project’s results were evident in both the way work was done and in business operations.

A shared vision and clear goals were defined. After the project, Trimedia shared a vision of where the company is headed.

The entire staff was involved in the development work. Participation fostered a sense of commitment, which helped put the changes into practice.

The process was simple and efficient. It didn’t add to the daily workload, but it still provided valuable information and insight.

Sales and business operations showed positive trends. This new sense of direction was evident in their work.

Revenue in January 2025 exceeded targets, and the start of the year was strong. The work quickly yielded results.

What does this mean if you recognize the same situation?

Trimedia’s situation is familiar to many growing companies. The direction needs to be clarified, and at the same time, the goal is for the entire organization to move in the same direction.

Strategy often remains a management project that doesn’t translate into day-to-day operations. When that happens, even a good plan stays on paper. When the entire team is involved in shaping the direction, commitment is fostered, and changes are implemented more smoothly.

The same applies to customers. The better you understand what your customers value, the more likely you are to be on the right track.

Here’s one question you can think about right now. Does your entire team understand the direction your company is heading in, and why?
