Our services

The driving force behind our services is our understanding of our customers

Our services are rooted in a deep understanding of our clients. We help your company grow in the areas of strategy, sales, customer relationships, and international expansion. Everything we do is always based on your customers’ real needs. Learn more about our services below.

The main data for the growth project is not in Excel.

It’s in your customers’ heads. Digging it out as an external interviewer is the method on which we build the foundation of every strategy, sales, customer and internationalisation project.

Strategy

A strategy that hits the target, because it starts with the customer.

When the strategy is well written but still doesn't guide your day-to-day decisions, or when the direction changes every quarter.

We complement management’s view with the voice of the customer: we interview your customers from the outside before the strategy work starts, and bring to the table what you can’t see from the inside.

In addition to strategy work, we revamp business models, implement change initiatives, and integrate post-acquisition operations. We use proven strategy tools and tailor them to our clients’ needs.

Every project has a founder who is responsible for the results.

“The win understood the real challenges facing our business and brought clarity and practicality to our strategy in a way that really works.”

Mikko Lindholm, CEO, Zimple Oy

Typical challenges we help with
Lack of resources and time for strategy work
64% of SMEs feel resource constraints hinder the effectiveness of their strategy work (KPMG)
Strategy Discover
Unclear objectives and poor communication, strategy remains on paper.
Strategy Playbook (GOST)
60% of SMEs do not monitor their strategy (Bain & Company)
Service models
Strategy Quick Scan
"Management often thinks the competitive advantage is in the product. Sales sees price as the deciding factor. Customers tell a third story that neither had heard."
Strategy Discover
A thorough strategy process. A new direction, growth objectives, a roadmap and a committed organisation. Suitable when the business requires a change of direction or repositioning.
Strategy Playbook (GOST)
A strategy implementation model based on the GOST model: vision, strategic objectives, strategies and tactics, monitoring and indicators. Suitable when a strategy exists but is not translated into everyday life.
Sales development

Sales increase when the salesperson knows what the customer really values.

When offers go out but deals are done on price, not value. Or when the salesperson presents the features of the product, but not the financial benefit the customer will get from the solution.

The playing field in B2B sales has changed: 80% of the customer’s purchase path is completed before the first sales meeting (Gartner 2024). The salesperson arrives late, but with the right approach, the remaining 20% will clinch the deal.

The root cause is usually not the salespeople, but the sales process that has not been updated to the customer’s current buying habits. Therefore, the offer is based on what the customer says in the encounter, not on what they actually value at the time of the decision.

We specialise in solution selling and value-based selling. We build a sales process that identifies the customer’s true buying criteria and quantifies the value proposition in euros. Our methods come directly from our founders’ B2B and SaaS sales leadership roles, not from theory.

“We had been trying to increase sales ourselves for a long time, but it was only with the help of Voitto Group that we found the right strategies and tools to take our sales to the next level.”

Arttu Arojoki, CEO, Sivustamo

Example, Toshiba Tec Nordic

Moving from precision to solution selling: the sales playbook (“Toshiba Way”), understanding the modern customer buying process and building a sales culture. Results: sales +30%, NPS +15%, employee satisfaction +20%.

The most common barriers to growth we help with
High customer acquisition costs
Leads come in but sales don't convert them into customers. The right leads and a clear path to completion.
Unclear target group, wrong message
Selling to the masses is the surest way to lose sales. Specify target customers and value proposition.
Customers do not distinguish you from others
If the customer doesn't understand why your solution is the best, they'll just compare prices.
Customers are left wondering, no decision is made
"We'll come back to this later." The sales cycle is prolonged because the customer doesn't see a compelling reason to act now.
Sales based on guesswork, not data
Customer understanding remains superficial. Sales blindly searching for the right approach.
Growing your customer base

The customer does not usually leave dramatically. He leaves quietly.

When existing customers don't grow, the cooperation becomes routine year after year, or a customer leaves unexpectedly without you having heard a complaint.

43% of B2B churn occurs without a customer complaint (Gartner 2024). Signs appear months before the termination, but only if they are followed up.

We build customer relationship development through the customer’s purchase path and points of influence. We identify where the relationship strengthens and where it fades, systematically and not by memory. Methods are chosen according to the situation, from customer interviews to purchase path mapping and key customer health checks.

We are particularly strong in specialist organisations where the relationship is based on personal trust. The departure of a single key person can take a client with it if the management of the relationship is not systematised.

“We’ve used many services before, but Winno’s customer relationship development service has been by far the best. Their customer-centric approach sets them apart.”

Challenges we help with
Silent exit
43% of customer churn occurs without complaint (Gartner 2024). 56% of companies only notice dissatisfaction after churn.
Missing impact points in the purchasing pathway
The purchase path is unidentified and it is not known where the customer actually decides to continue or change supplier.
Poor segmentation
Targeted communication and personalisation can increase engagement and loyalty by up to 60% (McKinsey & Company).
No use of customer data
Data is collected but the lack of analysis prevents its use in decision-making. Effective use can increase sales growth by up to 85% (McKinsey).
The departure of a key person takes the customer
In an expert organisation, the customer relationship is built on people. If it is not systematised, the outgoing employee takes the client with him.
No indicators and monitoring
The following companies have 23% higher customer loyalty and 19% higher satisfaction (Gartner).
Internationalisation

Internationalisation succeeds when decisions are based on local facts.

When you want to grow up abroad but don't want to go experimenting. What works in Finland will not work in Sweden or the Baltic States.

The biggest mistake in internationalisation is to export a model that works in the home market. We survey local customers, the competitive landscape and conditions before locking in a market choice. Methodologies vary depending on the situation, but the decision is always based on facts, not assumptions.

Internationalisation is a major opportunity if done right. Our customer-centric and data-driven approach ensures a controlled and efficient process that takes into account local cultural differences and risks.

“Voitto felt a genuine desire to help. They understood the real challenges facing our business and brought clarity to our internationalisation plans in a way that really works.”

Mikko Lindholm, CEO, Zimple Oy

Example, Zimple Oy

Zimple, a specialist in CRM systems, wanted to enter the international market. Before investing, we interviewed potential customers in the target countries. The findings significantly changed the market export plan and saved months of unnecessary work.

The four critical stages of internationalisation
Market research and segmentation
54% of companies going international: market research is a critical factor for successful selection (McKinsey).
Entry and exit strategies
68% of successful internationalisation projects are based on a clear entry/exit strategy (BCG).
Localisation of activities and products
Understanding local cultural differences. What works in Finland may not work elsewhere.
Partnerships and distribution channels
Sustainable and scalable growth in new markets, not a one-off launch.
We strive to improve all our services

Customer understanding is the method on which the rest of our services are built.

It’s the methodology we build into every strategy, sales, customer and internationalisation project. It’s also a service that can be purchased separately when you want to better understand your customers before a major development project.

Example, D-Fence Oy

What you get
Advisor

Growth requires change. Change does not happen by itself.

We don’t leave our clients alone with a strategy or growth plan, we are there to implement and ensure that change leads to tangible results.

This is not traditional consultancy, this is growth management.

01
Service model 1

“I have been selling and managing sales for 20 years. And yet I’m still surprised at how rarely companies really know why a customer buys from them. That’s why I do this job. If you’re interested in the same question, come and talk to me.”

02
Service model 2

“As a consultant, I learned how to make good strategies. But too many of them got lost in the shuffle. That’s why I left. Here I see how a plan becomes a real action, and that’s much more motivating than any presentation to the management team.”

03
Service model 3

“The best part of this job is the moment when the customer says: That’s the moment when something really changes. At Unilever I learned how to manage big organisations, here you see change happening much closer.”
