We are not a big consultancy and we are not a collective of sole traders. We are something in between: a team that brings together a common brand, methodology and clients, without losing independence.
You plan your day. Projects are typically 6 to 12-week client projects where you pull your own weight. Short weekly sparring sessions keep the team in sync.
Most projects are done in pairs or small teams. One of the founders or a colleague is always at your side to spar and stand in for you. The client gets the insight of two senior experts, you get the support you need when you need it.
Each month, lessons learned from projects are reviewed and methods are shared. The Voitto Group’s toolbox evolves with each project, and you will have access to all 200+ project experiences.
